Quick FAQ:

How can I cancel my subscription plan?

Cancellations are the responsibility of the account holder. Subscription plan transactions are currently processed by Paypal.com. To change or cancel your subscription plan with Paypal, please log in to Paypal.com and find your subscription within your account history, and cancel it from there. http://paypal.com

Your account will automatically be adjusted here on the site once you've canceled with PayPal.com.

Do you give refunds?

Refunds are considered on a case by case basis. Established members will receive a refund on unused subscription time if they have not broken forum rules, or terms of service. New members who request refunds prior to a 60 day period after becoming an approved member, do not receive refunds. After 60 days, we will refund the remainder of your subscription fees, as long as you have not broken forum rules, or terms of service. Our policy on refunds is to deter users from using the site for spying, information gathering, documentation, etc. Cancellations are the responsibility of the account holder.

Do you offer trial accounts?

No. Our members privacy is very important to us, and therefore you must become an approved member in order to access the site.

Why is there a subscription fee?

The reason is two-fold:

1) All applications are screened and cross referenced by a staff member which requires time and diligence in order to protect the privacy of our members, and new applicants. No one wants to end up posting on a forum with the ex!

2) Server costs, maintenance, software, bandwidth, photography, clip art, editorial time, programming, and some writers fees.
